We are seeking a passionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a unique therapeutic educational setting in Stourbridge, supporting children aged 6-19 with ASD, MLD, and SLD. The setting adopts a specialized "Craft and Land-based Practical Skills Therapeutic Education" curriculum, creating a calming and enriching environment for each student. This role involves extensive outdoor learning, offering both physical and emotional support to help young people flourish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in a therapeutic and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans for children with ASD, MLD, and SLD.
- Assist in both classroom and outdoor-based activities, ensuring students are safe and engaged.
