If you have experience working with children who are diagnosed with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, PMLD / Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties, SEMH /Social Emotional Mental Health, EBD / Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, or ADD / Attention Deficit Disorder then it’s highly likely we will be able to find you a position within our SEND schools, or even mainstream. We provide 24/7 support and will build a strong relationship with yourself, in order to get a more detailed understanding of your needs and what role will best suit you. All people working in a school will need an enhanced DBS on the update service, if you do not have this then we can assist by sending you over a direct link for you to apply to. If you have been working overseas for over 6 months within the last 5 years, you will need an OSPC (Overseas Police Check) – Both of these are needed due to safeguarding, so will be a requirement for all school environments. Salaries will differ depending on the role being inquired about, have listed the salary of a teaching assistant above.
