Role Overview
The successful SEND 1:1 Support will work closely with a pupil with SEND, including ASD and additional learning needs, providing tailored 1:1 support to help them access the curriculum and engage positively in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working as a SEND 1:1 Support in a primary school
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD and additional needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, caring and resilient approach
- A can-do attitude and willingness to support where needed
