An outstanding school based in Cardiff have an opportunity arising for Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants. The role will entail working in an SRB Base with a children with ALN. ALN experience is required.

The ideal SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant should have the following:
Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment
A calm, patient and caring personal
Good communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced Child Only disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
