TeacherActive are looking for qualified or highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to travel to Abergavenny and surrounding areas. This role is to work on a one to one basis with a child in Early Years. Experience working one to one is essential.
The successful candidates will need to either have a Teaching Assistant qualification or have at least 6 months experience within a classroom setting. You will need to be flexible from 08:30am to 15:45pm and be able to work in both the foundation phase as well as Key Stage 2 / KS2.
You will be expected to fully submerge yourself into nursery life, becoming a part of the family, ensuring you are creating a home from home environment for your pupils.
Requirements:- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience within a classroom setting.
- Ability to get stuck in with the children, creating a fun learning environment for all.
- A caring, positive approach to working with young children.
- A good knowledge of the Child Protection / Safeguarding procedures.
- A dedicated team of consultants available around the clock to help you with the easy onboarding process.
