Responsibilities
- Support pupils across a range of ages with additional needs including ASD, SEMH and trauma-related needs and learning difficulties.
- Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs with flexibility, patience and resilience.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff; maintain proactive and supportive classroom assistance.
- Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills.
