The school is looking to take on a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant on a long term basis, starting ASAP. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with ALN, working closely with class teachers to deliver targeted support and promote positive learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Experience working with children with ALN / SEND
  • Previous experience in a primary school setting across KS1 and KS2
  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A patient, calm and adaptable approach
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support where needed
