SEN Teaching Assistant / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant – Cardiff

Salary: £82.14 – £88.99 a day

Start date: Immediate Start

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour.
• Support students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months\’ experience in an educational establishment
• A calm, patient and caring personality
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS disclosure and at least 2 professional references
