Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, demonstrating empathy and adaptability.
Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and day-to-day management.
Listen attentively and respond to the individual needs of pupils to support their learning and development.
Apply a resilient and flexible approach to support differentiated learning.
Contribute positively to the school community by inspiring pupils and collaborating with colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience working alongside children with SEN is essential.
