Salary: £175 - £215 per day

Are you a qualified Primary SEN Teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs? Do you have the patience, resilience and adaptability to support children with a range of SEN? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEN school in Stechford that supports primary-aged pupils with a range of mixed additional needs. The school provides an inclusive and supportive learning environment, with a strong focus on helping each pupil develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The school is looking to appoint a Primary SEN Teacher on a long-term basis from September, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The successful Primary SEN Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual needs, work closely with support staff and provide a structured learning environment where pupils can thrive.

The successful Primary SEN Teacher will have:

  • QTS
  • Experience teaching primary-aged pupils
  • Experience supporting children with SEN and mixed additional needs
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • A patient, resilient and flexible approach
