Teacher Active is recruiting an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support 11–16-year-olds in a Worcester setting, starting September on a full-time, long-term basis.

The role offers daily pay between £95 and £110, with PAYE arrangements and a supportive consultant team.

The successful candidate will work with experienced staff to help students overcome barriers to learning, build positive relationships and maintain a calm, engaging environment in line with the school's expectations.
