The provision supports young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a structured and supportive environment where students can engage positively with their education. The provision is looking to take on a SEMH Inclusion Support Worker for day-to-day or long-term work with an Immediate Start. The successful SEMH Inclusion Support Worker will support students across KS3 and KS4, helping them access learning, manage challenging behaviour and develop positive relationships while providing consistent support tailored to their individual needs.
