The provision focuses on creating a structured, supportive and nurturing learning environment, helping students overcome barriers to education, develop positive relationships and re-engage with learning. The setting is looking to appoint a dedicated SEMH Class Teacher on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start available. The successful SEMH Class Teacher will deliver engaging STEM lessons, including Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, while managing challenging behaviours, implementing therapeutic approaches and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
