About the Role

We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate exemplary behaviour management skills, creativity, and a nurturing approach, with the ability to teach English to a high standard. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will contribute to the delivery of an innovative curriculum that inspires a love of learning and maintains high expectations for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and other subject areas as required.
- Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
- Plan and assess learning in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework and school expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Support the holistic development of pupils, fostering creativity and experiential learning.
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and assessment criteria.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
