We are working closely with a number of well-established secondary schools in and around Banbury, each known for their welcoming atmosphere, strong pastoral systems, and commitment to raising achievement. These schools offer a supportive, community-focused environment with excellent behaviour routines and clear expectations, making them ideal settings for both experienced staff and those developing their classroom practice.
We re looking for QTS Teachers, Cover Supervisors, and Support Staff to join our growing network across North Oxfordshire.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivering high-quality lessons or supervising pre-planned work across KS3 KS4
- Creating calm, structured learning environments that support positive behaviour
- Providing targeted academic or pastoral support to students of varying abilities
- Working collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistency and high standards
- Adapting quickly to different school environments and routines

- Experience within a UK secondary school (essential)
- Confident classroom management and the ability to build rapport quickly
