The school is looking to appoint a Secondary Maths Teacher on a temporary basis from September 2026, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right Secondary Maths Teacher. The successful Secondary Maths Teacher will primarily teach Mathematics across Key Stage 4, supporting students through their GCSE studies, while also having the opportunity to teach A Level Mathematics where appropriate. Experienced teachers are preferred, although ambitious ECTs are encouraged to apply.

The successful Secondary Maths Teacher will have:

  • QTS with a Mathematics specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE Mathematics curriculum
  • Ability or willingness to teach A Level Mathematics
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
