Level 3 Inclusion TA needed in Fishguard! in Scleddau

Are you an experienced Level 3 Inclusion Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? TeacherActive is currently recruiting Level 3 Inclusion Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across Fishguard. The Role

• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support for pupils
• Support learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across the curriculum
• Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and encourage pupil engagement
• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Assist with interventions and personalised learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and help pupils overcome barriers to learning
• Work closely with teaching staff and the wider inclusion/ALN team
• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Education, or a relevant subject
• Previous experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting
• Experience working with pupils with ALN is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of inclusive education and individualised support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
