Key Responsibilities- Provide an efficient, thorough administrative service
- Respond promptly and courteously to enquiries from parents, pupils, and the wider public, both face‑to‑face and by telephone
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to fulfil their requests
- Manage queries and complaints professionally in accordance with school policies
- Prioritise and complete multiple tasks accurately and calmly under pressure
- Organise and support a range of educational and social activities
- Meet deadlines through excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills
