The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you'll inspire and support pupils across the Foundation Phase, KS1 or KS2, helping children learn, develop and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing.
- Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Maintaining high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
