The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you'll inspire and support pupils across the Foundation Phase, KS1 or KS2, helping children learn, develop and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing.
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Maintaining high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
