We are looking for caring, patient, and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their education. Responsibilities
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Help students with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
