Salary: £140 - £230 per day (dependant on experience)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive and well-renowned Secondary School based in Coventry. The school has a positive culture and is looking for an English and Drama Teacher who can make a real impact across the curriculum.

The school is looking to take on a full-time English and Drama Teacher on a long-term basis from September 2026. The successful English and Drama Teacher will be responsible for full teaching duties across KS3 and KS4, including planning, preparation, marking and delivering high-quality lessons.

The successful English and Drama Teacher will have:

  • QTS with an English or Drama specialism
  • Experience teaching English and Drama across KS3 and KS4
  • Strong planning and preparation skills
  • Excellent classroom management
  • A confident and engaging teaching style
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and strong communication skills
