We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our friendly, well-established nursery in Leamington Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and care.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • Inspire, support and develop a strong staff team
  • Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
  • Manage occupancy, staffing, and nursery budgets effectively

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (Level 5/6 desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
  • Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
