At TeacherActive, we’re working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools in Rochester who are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join them for the new academic year starting September 2025. Whether you’re an experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant or just starting out and eager to gain classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a fulfilling career in education.

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work alongside class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to help children reach their full potential

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or similar) – desirable but not essential
