Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor who demonstrates exceptional behaviour management skills alongside a creative and supportive approach. In this role, you will collaborate with an innovative and forward-thinking team to deliver a unique curriculum, maintaining high expectations and inspiring a genuine love of learning in all pupils.
Key Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential).
- PGCE or PCET qualifications also accepted.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
- Understanding of planning and assessment procedures.
