We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work day and nights throughout the week depending on the providers needs and your availability,
A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children’s wishes are heard and respected.
The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:
Patience and understanding.
Experience in a residential childcare setting.
A ‘Can-do’ attitude.
Flexibility with shifts.
