The Role
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential setting
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
- Support emotional wellbeing, independence, and personal development

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
- Ability to support young people who may have experienced trauma or severe crises
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and SCW registration (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential) and willingness to work a mix of days, nights and weekends.
