Day to Day Supply Teacher – Location: Redditch – Start date: September – Pay: £140‑£185 per day.
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers to cover Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 classrooms on a flexible schedule.
The role involves delivering pre‑prepared lessons, building positive relationships, and maintaining engaging learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects to KS2 and KS3 students.
- Quickly build positive relationships within the classroom.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Ensure students remain engaged in their learning throughout the school day.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECTs and unqualified teachers are welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 and/or Key Stage 3 students.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine love of learning.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
- Willingness to take on work on short notice.
