The Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:

  • Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
  • Building lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates to be onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets.
  • Networking with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.

Working Hours
