The school is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with SEN on a full-time basis. The students will have a mixture of Autism or ADHD. This role will start in September and will continue for the whole of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to meet student needs

- Enthusiastic and compassionate individuals with a passion for SEN support
- Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
