The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Do you have QTS and experience supporting students with SEMH needs? Are you confident managing challenging behaviour in a classroom setting? Do you have the resilience and adaptability to support students across different key stages?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of supportive and inclusive schools in Birmingham, who are committed to providing a structured and nurturing environment for students. These settings focus on supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

The schools are looking to take on a qualified Teacher on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teacher will be working with students with SEMH needs across Primary and Secondary settings, delivering engaging lessons while managing behaviour effectively and supporting students both academically and emotionally.

The successful Teacher will have:

  • QTS
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Experience teaching across Primary and/or Secondary settings
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • A patient and supportive approach
