TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of mainstream primary schools across East Leeds. These schools vary in size and demographic, but all share a commitment to providing a supportive learning environment and maintaining high standards of education, with strong leadership teams in place.
The schools are looking to appoint a flexible and resilient Primary Teacher on either a day‑to‑day or long‑term basis. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to work with either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, adapting quickly to different classroom environments and confidently managing a range of behavioural needs while delivering engaging lessons.
Qualifications
- QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools across KS1 or KS2
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
- Adaptability and flexibility across different school settings
- A positive, can‑do attitude
