Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a new long-term role from September 2026? Do you have strong classroom management and a sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum? Are you looking to join a supportive mainstream Primary School on a full-time basis?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher for the new academic year. This welcoming school provides a positive and engaging learning environment where staff are encouraged to support pupils both academically and socially.

The school is looking to take on a driven Primary Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis from September 2026. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to work 5 days per week during term time, working hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining strong classroom management across the Primary age range.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

  • QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
  • Experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
  • The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
