Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive SEND school seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team this September.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners with SEND (including ASD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH)
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Foster independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in pupils.
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning journeys.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Experience teaching in a Primary setting (SEND experience highly desirable).
  • A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to working with children with additional needs.
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
