TeacherActive is working with primary schools across Wakefield and Bradford to recruit a Primary SEMH Teaching Assistant. The role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs in the classroom and helping to manage challenging behaviour with a patient, positive approach.
You will work alongside teachers and support staff to encourage engagement with learning and to support pupilsβ social, emotional and academic development. Short-term and long-term opportunities are available.
