Requirements

Must have previous experience as a school administrator or in similar administrative settings

Confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Responsibilities

Managing phone and email enquiries

Updating pupil records and attendance

Supporting staff and parents with general enquiries

Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Using school systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
