TeacherActive is working with welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking to recruit Lunchtime Supervisors to join their teams.
The role:
- Supervising pupils during lunch and break times.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children play safely.
- Supporting pupils in the dining hall and playground.
- Responding calmly to minor incidents and promoting inclusion.
- Working closely with school staff to ensure pupils are safe and well supported.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children.
- Is patient, approachable and a positive role model.
- Can confidently supervise groups of pupils.
- Has excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Has previous experience in a school, childcare or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
