We are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Morpeth with the following:

  • Deliver planned lessons and cover classes in the absence of the class teacher
  • Support pupils individually and in small groups to enhance learning outcomes
  • Work closely with teaching staff to plan, assess, and adapt learning activities
  • Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
  • Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role within a primary setting

Desirable skills/experience but not essential:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND
  • Full driver’s licence and access to a car
