Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and supportive school community? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry, is seeking a committed HLTA to join the team from September 2025.

About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding position ideal for someone with a passion for supporting children s learning and well-being. The role will include:

  • Leading and supervising our Breakfast Club, ensuring a positive and nurturing start to the day for all children attending.

  • Providing class cover support across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

  • Supporting pupils both individually and in groups, adapting to their needs to help them reach their full potential.

  • Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of class teachers.

We re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.

  • Has prior experience working within a primary school setting.

  • Is confident in managing groups of children and delivering learning activities independently.

  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

  • Can build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
