Job Title: SEND / SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Manchester
Start Date: September
Salary: £95 - £120 per day
Responsibilities
As a SEND / SEMH Teaching Assistant you will support students across both KS3 and KS4, working one‑to‑one and in small groups with students who have SEND and SEMH needs to promote engagement, confidence and positive outcomes inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A calm, patient and resilient approach to supporting students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their full potential.
