£120 – 130 per day East of England / Temporary, full‑time Caretaker role in a secondary school in Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities
- The successful Caretaker will be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance and security of the school site, including carrying out minor repairs, ensuring health and safety standards, opening and closing premises, and supporting smooth operation throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Assistant or Site Manager
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a school or similar environment
- Experience with basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach
