Teacher Active seeks a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a large secondary school in Pembrokeshire.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, support a range of year groups, and lead small group interventions to raise attainment.
With HLTA status or equivalent, you will have excellent communication and classroom management, plus the ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and support pupils with ALN as required.
