The Head Teacher is seeking a driven and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join the school on a long-term basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The successful PE Teacher will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. The role may also include GCSE PE delivery and involvement in extra-curricular sports clubs and fixtures, making this a key position within the PE department.
The successful PE Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PE or Physical Education specialism (ECTs / NQTs welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching PE up to KS4 / GCSE level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A genuine passion for sport, fitness, and student wellbeing
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities
