About the School

The PE department is already thriving, and now the school is looking to welcome a dynamic Female PE Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time role until the end of the academic year, with the exciting possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Female PE Teacher, you\’ll be a role model as much as an educator — inspiring girls across Key Stages 3 and 4 to embrace sport, enjoy physical activity, and grow in confidence. With excellent facilities and a vibrant extracurricular programme, you\’ll have every opportunity to bring your enthusiasm to life, whether in the classroom, on the field, or leading after-school clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-energy PE lessons

  • Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles

  • Adapt lessons to support and challenge students of all abilities

  • Lead and inspire through extracurricular clubs and sporting events

  • Create a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment

  • QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)

  • Specialism or experience in teaching PE to female students (preferred)

  • A genuine passion for sport, fitness, and empowering young women
