Salary: £100 - £120 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and behaviour within a Primary School setting? Do you have experience working with vulnerable pupils and promoting positive behaviour strategies? Are you looking for a full-time Pastoral Lead role where you can make a lasting impact from September?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Quinton, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Pastoral Lead. The school promotes a nurturing and inclusive ethos, placing a strong focus on supporting pupils both academically and emotionally to help them reach their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Lead on a full-time basis from September. The successful Pastoral Lead will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to support attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing across the Primary School, helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

The successful Pastoral Lead will have:

  • Experience working within a Primary School or educational setting
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management and pastoral support
  • Experience supporting vulnerable children and families
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • A safeguarding qualification or relevant training is desirable
