We are seeking confident and reliable individuals to join our team as Pastoral Behaviour Support Staff. This role is crucial in maintaining a calm, safe and purposeful environment across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth running of the school day by managing corridors and communal areas.
- Ensure students are in the right place at the right time, helping to reduce instances of internal truancy.
- Supervise and support pupils who have been removed from class, maintaining a calm and consistent approach.
- Build positive relationships with students while upholding clear expectations and boundaries.
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to reinforce the school’s behaviour standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for individuals who bring presence, consistency, and authority to the role. You’ll need to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and manage challenging behaviour with fairness and professionalism.
