The school is looking to appoint a Part Time One to One Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil on a part-time basis, with hours gradually increasing to full-time for the right candidate.
The successful Part Time One to One Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support, help manage challenging behaviour, encourage engagement with learning, and build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil.
The successful Part Time One to One Teaching Assistant will have:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school setting
- Experience supporting children on a one-to-one basis
- Proven experience managing challenging behaviour
