Your Role Will Include: Leading and motivating a team of Nursery Practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare. Creating fun, engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework. Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing. Building strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues. Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed. Creating a positive, welcoming and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. What We're Looking For: Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare – ESSENTIAL. Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices. Confidence in leading, supporting and motivating a team. A positive, enthusiastic and caring approach to childcare. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
