TeacherActive are looking for one-to-one Teaching Assistant / 1:1 TA to work in some fantastic primary schools across the Torfaen area! The role will require you to work closely with pupils who need additional support in the classroom. Positions are temporary with the potential to go permanent if the school really likes you! This is also a great chance to gain an abundance of experience to add to your CPD and keep every day exciting. Applications from Welsh speakers are encouraged.
Qualifications:
- At least Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
- A calm, patient and caring persona
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
