Responsibilities
- The successful HLTA will be responsible for delivering lessons across a PPA timetable while supporting primary-aged pupils with profound and complex needs, working closely with teachers and support staff to provide engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
Qualifications
- HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working within a UK primary or SEND setting
- Experience supporting children with profound and complex needs, including PMLD and associated learning difficulties
- Confidence delivering lessons across a PPA timetable and leading whole class learning
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting pupils and colleagues
