TeacherActive are recruiting Welsh-Speaking Nursery Teaching Assistants to work within welcoming early years settings across the Haverfordwest area. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, develop their independence, and build confidence while being supported through the Welsh language.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Welsh speaker – essential
- Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within nursery or early years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, patient, caring, and nurturing approach
- Creative and enthusiastic attitude towards learning through play
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
